The staff took a personal touch with our children, folding their clothes and leaving their toys on the beds, unexpected. The dessert at the restaurant stood out, and we appreciated their effort to make our dining enjoyable.
The location was a bit further from major tourist spots. The corridors were dimly lit, and the pool was not heated enough for comfortable swimming.

Fashionable & airy unit with comfortable beds. Good and perfect spot really close to very close to the beach Bogatell, the Gothic Quarter and Sagrada Familia and beach clubs / restaurants.

Location of hotel perfect for sighseeing in Barcelona and yet very close to beach making it ideal location for families with children combining city break and beach break also pool in hotel was super addition to our stay

The hotel itself is lovely, some of the rooms can be on the small side but are very clean and the pool area is nice we were there off peak but id say during peak times it could be a bit small
The food was not good and the staff were rude! Appart from the lovely Nano in the bar and a small minority of others but we found this to be the norm in the whole of Barcelona, I have never encountered such a bad level of customer service in a city, no such thing as service with a smile it seemed to be service with a glare!

The location was excellent for the beach and nightlife. It was only a five minute walk to the metro so you can easily get about. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. The pool area is great although a few more loungers would make it excellent. Brillant Hotel for a city break in Barcelona

Great breakfast and friendly staff!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with a really good breakfast with a variety of fresh options like scrambled eggs, bacon, and pastries. The staff members were super kind. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and dining options. I did find the air conditioning in the room to be less effective was nice.

Its our second time here and again, we like everything! Perfect location, great service, very clean rooms, private parking, nearby bus station, taxis available all the time from there, secure area, 5 mins walk from the beach...A+
